I'm Hayley. I started in a sign shop, eight years learning design, production, and what it actually takes to make something land with a real audience. Then years working inside large organisations, watching good work get lost because the strategy wasn't there to back it up.
When I was made redundant I treated it as a gift. I'd been freelancing since 2015. I finally had the reason to go all in.
