Step 2: Complete your Onboarding Checklist
You’ll receive an email with a link to your onboarding checklist.
This is where you’ll upload everything we need to build your site, including branding, photos, access details, testimonials, and tools.
Completing this early helps us move straight into strategy and avoid delays.
Step 3: We build your strategy and website
Once your strategy session is complete and your onboarding checklist is submitted, we take over.
From here, your only job is to review, approve, and provide feedback at each milestone.

To keep your project running smoothly and on schedule, there are a few things we’ll need from you during onboarding.

Once this is done, we take the reins and move into delivery.

You will have one main point of contact for your entire project, me, Hayley.
You will always know what stage your project is at, what is coming next, and when your input is needed. We work to clear milestones with structured feedback rounds so nothing feels rushed or confusing.
You will receive regular progress updates throughout the build so you are never left wondering what is happening.
We do not disappear mid-project. You are supported the whole way through.
After Launch
Once your website is live, you will receive full training so you know exactly how to use it with confidence.
You will also get video walkthroughs you can refer back to anytime, plus 30 days of post-launch support for any tweaks, questions, or small adjustments.
If you want ongoing care, visibility, and growth support, you can continue with a Site Success Plan after launch.
